technical expertise in all aspects of oilfield operations, ranging from rig operations, drilling & completions, logistical and program planning, to extensive knowledge in safety, HSE audits and regulatory process.  His term with Halliburton saw increased responsibility over his tenure and culminated in various supervisory and management roles.

Since then, Mr. Cline has owned and operated a successful oilfield consulting company. His field operations experience and areas of expertise have included:

Mr. Cline is active in his central Alberta community, having served on numerous community development initiatives, was an executive member of the minor hockey association, and a minor hockey coach. Cam Yamada is a professional landman with over 16 years of land management, negotiations and A&D experience in the oil and gas industry. and Contract Analyst, where he gained valuable experience negotiating and drafting joint venture and conventional land agreements. He later progressed to A&D Landman within the company, and was responsible for full cycle asset rationalization from pre-evaluation due diligence to post closing documentation. Since then, Mr. Yamada has held Mineral Landman positions within various areas in Western Canada with successive levels of responsibility, most recently as Senior Mineral Land Negotiator at Penn West Petroleum Ltd., where he was instrumental in the growth and development of the Dodsland Viking play in Saskatchewan. Experience in these roles has provided him with extensive corporate expertise in the areas of A&D, deal negotiations and agreement preparation, government regulations and project execution.

Mr. Yamada is actively involved in the community and a regular supporter of various charitable organizations such as the United Way, Canadian Cancer Society and Parkinson Alberta, and is currently a member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen (CAPL), and the Canadian Association of Petroleum Land Administration (CAPLA).

Mr. Yamada joined Niven Fischer in September 2015 as Senior Associate, Land and Business Development. Dianne Hayduk is a Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Professional Accountant and MBA graduate with over 31 years of experience in all facets of oil and gas accounting. In 1994, Ms. Hayduk joined Numac Energy Inc., initially as a project accountant in joint venture, followed by supervisory roles in general accounting and production accounting. Areas of focus and achievement included acquisitions, accounts receivable, AFE control and group education. After a brief stint with DMR Consulting group, a computer consulting and software investigation, installation and support company, Ms. Hayduk formed her own consulting company DHH Accounting Consulting Ltd. in 1999. Since that time, she has focused on financial reporting, oversight of accounting staff, research, cash planning and taxation. Most recently, Ms. Hayduk has focused on International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) conversions.

Ms. Hayduk consulted to Tasman Exploration Ltd. from 2006 – 2007 and had responsibility for all accounting functions including financial reporting. She has being consulting to Niven Fischer since 2008 and is responsible for all aspects of accounting for Niven Fischer and the various companies that Niven Fischer manages.

Throughout her career, Ms. Hayduk has made an effort to expand her accounting knowledge and has willingly shared that knowledge as an instructor with industry organizations. From 2001 to 2003, she worked with the Canadian Association of Petroleum Production Accountants and was responsible for training and certifying heavy oil production accountants. Ms. Hayduk volunteers her skills and some of her time to various non-profit organizations.

As the Senior Associate with Niven Fischer responsible for finance and accounting, Ms. Hayduk utilizes her exceptional interpersonal skills to build good relations with partners, government, staff, and management. Her analytical abilities contribute to the successful resolution of complex problems and her strength in financial reporting ensures accurate and complete records and reporting.

Doug Paslawski is an entrepreneurial Professional Engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta. He has 28 years of experience in oil and gas related technical and business assignments. Mr. Paslawski has worked in public and private enterprises active in Western Canada, the US and elsewhere internationally. He began his career with Shell Canada working on the design and construction of critical sour gas facilities in the Alberta foothills, operations at the Jumping Pound sour gas plant, and in NGL marketing.

At Nexen and its predecessors, Mr. Paslawski was trained as a Reservoir Simulation Engineer before transitioning into the exploitation of medium oil in Southwest Saskatchewan. He ultimately joined the International Division where he was responsible for reservoir management of the Heijah field on the Yemen Masila concession, and conducted business development in Australia, Southeast Asia, South America, the Middle East and Africa.

Mr. Paslawski went on to work in corporate acquisitions at Gulf Canada (ConocoPhillips) and subsequently AEC (EnCana), contributing to the successful closing of a number of transactions in Canada and the US, including the Crestar and PanCanadian acquisitions.

In 2004 Mr. Paslawski and two partners co-founded a private oil and gas company. Over the following four years he satisfied a wide range of responsibilities to help build and manage a balanced, high working interest, operated asset base. In 2008 Mr. Paslawski joined a private, family owned CBM producer; initially serving as VP Operations and later as President.

Mr. Paslawski currently serves as a Director of two private oil and gas companies, and is involved in charitable endeavors in the local community and internationally.

He has consulted to Niven Fischer since 2015 and has been primarily responsible for assessment of business development opportunities, acquisition related due diligence work and project management.
